Featuring a Wood Stone oven, a brick fired oven reaching temperatures over 800 degrees. Switch imports their flour, which is a double-0 (00) flour, imported from Italy. The tomatoes are San Marzano tomatoes, also imported from Italy. The mozzarella cheese is made every single day in-house. Switch makes absolutely everything from scratch, in house. Also available: regional Italian pastas, steaks, salmon, and authentic Philly cheesesteaks. Switch also has a very extensive wine list, with many wines offered by the glass.
